Miscarriage AND thrombosis

Hi Dr Vaksler, About a year ago, I had a miscarriage (it was my second pregnancy) AND had to go through a dilatation AND curettage process. A few weeks after that, I developed thrombosis in my left arm (where the iv was put in) it continued AND developed up to the shoulder. About 2 month after taking Coumadin the vain completely recovered. Do you think I should get tested for coagulability before trying to et pregnant again? Is there a way to know if I had some kind of pre-disposition to clot problem AND that caused the problem? My first pregnancy went by fine, so can it be something that develops over time?
