gambling addicted

Dear Sirs, I am gambling addicted, AND have already been in hospitals AND seen doctors AND it seems no one can help me. I have spent thousands of shekel AND arrived to the point that i am having more AND more debts.I can not sleep at night AND can not refrain from playing on this machines from mifal hapais. Could anyone advise me of a dr OR of any help Thank you Lili
