Post Lasik

Dear Dr, My name is Dav, I had a custom Lasik Surgary in USA 4 months ago. My reading chart is 20/20 but I just do not see good! Reading the post resolts sees there is a little places of over treatment and so in one eye the thickness of the cornea in one place left with only 420 mic. Do you think this is the problem, is it posible to happen with custom lasik, do you think there is an issues of medical preactic.Please let me knoe your opinion. Thanks

Shalom Dev, Post operative corneal thickness of 420 microns is within normal limits. 20/20 is considered an excellent vision. You might have some refractive distortion of the cornea, which should not happen with custom laser, or maybe you have dry eyes. Try using moistening drops.
