? recurrence of cancer

Dear Doctor, First of all excuse me for writing in English. One year ago, I had a total hysterectomy (CA 125 was 1150) followed by 7 sessions of chemotherapy with Toxol and carboplateen (the last treatment was at the beginning of March). At the end of the treatment my CA 125 had dropped to 11.8. Last week, I did a new blood test (my suggestion!) and the CA 125 came out at 68.5. Does this mean I will have to have a new series of chemotherapy treatments?
