Anxaiety - Moclobemide- clonex

Shalom I have quite a complicated question but I do not find a good treatment to my problem Maybe you will be able to help me and lighten up my situation: You can answer in Hebrew After a traumatic family event 7 years ago I have started to suffer from panic attacks social phobia and agoraphobie I began a psychotherapy and got Clonex, which helped me I became addict to it and I still use it today every day 1-1.5mg Without it I can not control my stress I started to suffer also from a very painfull stiffness in my back neck which began gradually after that event Now it is realy painfull and apparently after several medical tests the Dr did not find anything pathological. My psychatrist adviced me to try Effexor which did not help me Now I began taking Mobemide 300mg for about 3 weeks, which I support better than Effexor but did not seem to have any improvmant I still continue with Clonex and the purpose is to stop taking it. Please - what do you think about my medical treatment maybe do you have any suggestions because nothing seems to realy help me. THANK YOU

קלונקס היא תרופה מאוד ממכרת... גם אני לקחתי קלונקס (מסיבה שונה ובמינון הרבה יותר נמוך) והתמכרתי. הדרך היחידה עבורי להפסיק עם הקלונקס היתה הקטנת במינון בצורה מאוד הדרגתית - כ- 5 מ"ג כל שלושה שבועות... דוקא מוזר שהקלונקס גורם לך לקשיון משום שהוא בד"כ מרפה שרירים ומסייע לשינה. אני לא רופאה ואפילו לא סבלתי אף פעם מבעיות דומות משלך אבל יש לי רעיון - מומחים לכאב יודעים לשחרר את שרירי העורף ע"י דיקור מיוחד לשריר (לא דיקור סיני אלא דיקור רפואי). אולי שווה לך לבדוק אופציה כזאת וזה ימנע מעט את הקשיון.
