neural tube history

I had to terminate my first pregnancy because the fetus suffered from neural tube defect (Acrania). I am pregnant again, 7 weeks into the pregnancy (counting from the first day of my last period). How soon (which week) can I have an ultra sound scan to make sure that this is a health pregnancy and the fetus is not suffering from neural tube defect
