srange period

shaloom I have four children the little one is 3years my period was good i dont have any drogs just condom befor 6 months my period become diferent its begining at the same time in the month but alittle drops in the day taking at least a weak and then it begai n alot of blood with a hard pain after another weak It finish becous of that i want another child but after 4 month there is no pregnant and the beriod thae same i went to the doctor he put acamera in my virgin said to me that you seartenly take ACNOMIKIN I have many eggs many big ones and i may had twins i told hem I dont have any thing i had my chiidren in a nature way but he refuse this please help me Iom afraid of my period i ask how there alot of eggs with out any drogs?? Iam 30 years old thanks
