ovulation

Good morning professor, I'm treated with estrofem 2 mg from day 5 till day 11. On day 11 a follicle size 13 mm was seen, and a few smaller ones. Starting day 16 I'm taking Duphastone (dydrogesterone 20 mg twice a day) and on day 18 I did an ultrasound in which a free fluid was seen in duglas, and another follicle size 14.6 mm as well. My questions are 1. could it be that I ovulated? 2. can it be that a second ovulation will happen? Thank you very much, and shabat shalom p.s. my temperture did'nt rise and is still around 36.6

two lines got mixed, I did a second ultrasound on day 18 and then a free fluid was seen and another follicle size 14.6 mm. Sorry for writtint in English I live abroad and I don't have an Hebrew key board
