HIV...

had unprotected sex around 2 month ago and now i developed the following symptoms: really heavy cough (with mucus) sore throat very low grade fever, and after a while of being sick i developed a swollen lymph on the back of my neck and a runny nose. my dr told me that there is no reason to be worried about hiv, that its most likely just a chest infection but im still really scared it was with a female, who is very unlikely to be ill but im not 100% sure of that. what do you think?
