symphysiolysis during pregnancy

Hi, I suffer terribly with symphysiolysis during pregnancy, and i have found no-one in Israel to help me. the last .pregnancy my doctor simply was not interested I am now pregnant again (6 weeks) and am afraid of what is to come!!!PLEASE CAN YOU ADVISE ME WHERE TO GET HELP IN ISRAEl. I live close to haifa thanks THANKS
