Insulin Resistance question

I am sorry that my written Hebrew is not good enough and I need to ask in English. My glucose levels are normal but my insulin resistance test of glucose 1 hour 50 g is 219 The range is 65-140 I am age 39 and I am not pregnant. I am slim but I have a family history of diabetes. Does this abnormal test mean anything? Should I do more tests?? Thank You

Hi The 50 gr 1 hr test us a screening test for pregnancy only. However the result us suspicious and you should make immediately an 75 gr glucose load for 2 hr (Samples at o,60,120 min) and an HbA1C test at once
