question about facial hair plucking

Hi I read in some articles that plucking facial hair can arouse other vellus hair around the plucked hair, and eventually will make you more hairy in the plucked hair's area.however, I read other aritcles that say that plucking can damage the follicle and eventually to make it thinner. I want to pluck some facial hairs for a more aesthetic appearence,so I want to know what realy happens. Thank you for your helpful answers, I realy appreciate it.

Hi Moshe, You can pluck hairs and if you will do it time after time it will make it thinner until it will not grow anymore.
