Stress Echo test

Last year I survived acute heart attack, cardiac arrest followed by emergency bypass. I was hooked to LVAD for about a week. I was very happy to be able to recover. Recently I’ve passed Stress Echo test I’ll appreciate if you can help me with the results. Summary Rest and exercise echo: Abnormal resting wall motion consistent with old infraction. No new stress induced wall motion abnormalities. Protocol Bruce, 10 minutes 20 sec, max heart rate 153, 12 Mets. Stress finding: The base line ECG displays normal sinus rhythm. Baseline ECG displays Q waves in the antero-septal. There was a maximum 1mm ST segment depression in the infero-lateral leads. Time to recovery of ST segments was > 7 minutes. No symptoms during stress teat. Normal blood pressure response to exercise. Left Ventricle: The Left ventricle is mildly dilated. There is normal Left ventricle wall thickness. The Left ventricle ejection fraction is moderately reduce (35-45%). There is septal akinesis. There is infererior wall hypokinesis.
