Second i would like to know what does my echo report means: Aortic root : 31 mm Left atrium : 33 mm Septum thickness : 9 mm Left ventricle end diastole : 53 mm Left ventricle end systole : 29 mm LV Posterior wall : 7 mm (remarks says normal values are 8-11...) Left atrium area : 15 (square cm) (remarks says normal value is 14...) m-mode showed end systolic MVP dopler showed : 1. normal flow speed in aortal and mitral valves 2. minimal mid-systolic mitral insufficiancy 3. minimal triscupid insufficiancy (calculated lung pressure : 19mmHg) - What does the thickening of the LV posterior wall and the left atrium area means? - What does the end systolic MVP means? - What does the insufficiancies means? BTW, im a 27 years old male, and done this test due to heart palpitations. Thank you.

הכוונה שיש לך צניחה של המסתם המיטרלי עם אי ספיקה קלה של המסתם (דליפה אחורנית) ותפקוד הלב תקין וגם יתר הפרמטרים. לך לקרדיולוג שלך שייען בדיקה וימע אותך ויצייר לך במה מדובר (קשה מאוד להתחיל להסביר מילולית) אני חושב שאתה צריך טיפול מונע באנטיביוטיקה לפני טיפולי שיניים וטיפוליםפ כירורגיים תשאל את הקרדיולוג גם על כך ולא הייתי דואג יותר מדי כיוון שההפרעה שיש לך לא מסוכנת ולא קשה. אבל אל תזניח את זה אם תרצה ייעוץ ממני - אשמח. 5256638 תודה
