TOF

Hi ... DR I suffer from tetralogy of fallot, I had undergo to cardiac surgeries in the past to recover these problems, and now I still with hyerthrophy of the right ventricle, pulmonary stenosis 2/4, and actually with systolic and diastolic murmurs , and also I have CRBBB (complete right bundle branch block)... after this long history my question is that ibn the last couple of weeks I have a little pain chest and "palpitations" (I think) ,and according what I red and learned that the complications of the TOF is palpitaions and then maybe sudden death. so what do you think about this case? thank you so much Nasim

TOF מתוקן באמת יכול להשאיר יתר לחץ דם ריאתי לא נמוך אך לא בהכרח מתקדם. RBBB מאוד שכיח לאחר ניתוח - זה אפילו מוזר אם לא יהיה RBBB. בקשר למסתם הריאתי צריך להיות במעקב ע"י אקו לב ולראות עם המחלה מתקדמת. וכן, אפשר להסתבך בהפרעות קצב מאוחרות ואפילו מוות פתאומי - אך טיפול ע"י חוסמי ביטא מקטין סיכוי זה. לפעמים אף מתפתח בלוק ממשי שאולי יצריך גם קוצב לב - אך את זה יעשו רק כשצריך. מה בדיוק היתה השאלה הספציפית..? אתה חייב להיות במעקב אצל קרדיולוג ועדיף אצל קרדיולוג מומחה למחלות לב מולדות אצל המבוגר. תודה על תשומת הלב
