שלום, אני בת 62.ברקע לחץ דם,היפרליפדמיה תורשתית.מטופלת על ידי אמלו,פרלואנט 300 מ''ג ואזקור 10 מ''ג.משקל 62 ק''ג,גובה 157 ס''מ לפני מספר שנים עברתי צנטור ללא ממצא חריג. היום עברתי אקו לב של מאמץ.אשמח לדעת האם הוא תקין? אם לא,האם יש צורך בבירורים נוספים/מעקב? בתודה מראש The left ventricle is mildly hypertrophic (L.V.H). Normal LV chamber size. Normal LV systolic function, Normal left atrium size. Mild mitral annulus calcification. Minimal mitral regurgitation. Normal aortic root diameter. Normal ascending aorta diameter. Normal aortic valve appearance. Normal right ventricle size. Normal appearance of tricuspid valve. Trace tricuspid regurgitation. No pulmonary hypertension. No evidence of pericardial effusion. No pleural effusion. Stress echo: Bruce protocol – 04:00 min, 6.5 Mets, max HR 151 -95% of age predicted, max BP 164/72 mmHg no chest pain. ECG: nonspecific ST changes, upsloping ST depression, VPB isolated ECHO: no new wall motion abnormalities. Augmentation of LVEF at stress : No evidence of inducible ischemia at stress echo.
