gush

baby's feeding from offering both breasts each feeding to offering one in each. i have started switching my the main reason was the high frequency he is nursing. mainly at night. when the baby is done eating. when i try to pump it out - nothing comes out. now, but in one of my breast i have a lump (gush) that does not disappear even as expected i had some engorgement that is better but my general feeling has improved since. but the "gush" is still there. the area was red and swollen, and i felt seek and needed to take some tylenol, on the 2nd day of this process is this normal or should i worry?
