Beginning of infection mother of twins

Hello , 10 days ago we were very fortunate to give birth to two baby girls. Since the weights were 2.6 kg and 2.3kg I was advised to combine nursing with bottle that contained my milk because the nurses claimed that the babies need to gain weight and they get to tired from sucking. Since then I have been combining the feeding but yesterday I noticed a beginning of a possible infection. painful and a little red. I try to pump but less milk is coming out from the side of the infection and hot compresses don't seem to help a lot. What would you advice me to do in order to prevent this from getting worse? What do you think about the combination of breast feeding with bottle feeding for twins? I live in Europe so it is kind of hard to find good professionalism to help me. Thank you! Sivan
