Translocation Karyotype, male 45, xy, der (13;14

Thank you so much for all the info AND the great help. After 2 misscarigges AND one abortion at 18 weeks due to a trisomy 13 baby, we were advised to have a chromosomes analysis which resulted in the above answer. A male carrier. We do have a healthy child out of 4 pregnancies. Please let me know if there is any chance of having another healthy baby naturally based on those results OR that my option will be only ivf with icsi.
