Hello I have a 3 year old daughter with knocked knees. Both me and my husband have the same. When I was aournd 3,4 years old I wore braces to correct the legs which helped to a certain extent. My duaghter also has relatively flat feet (as my mother-in-law) and I was wondering what could be done to correct her legs and her feet. Whe she was 18months I visitied an orthopod who said nothing is done these days...is that right? How do we go about getting innersoles to correct the flat feet?
knovk nees at 3y/o is notmal/ U cannot realy correct flat foot by insoles bur you mayget some imporivement by using UCBL heel seats. As for correcting Knock knee that is done when indicated by surgery around 9-11 y/o
