No menstrual bleeding

Dear Dr. Hofman: I am an Israeli who lives in NY. My daughter who turned 20 on March 15 didn't get her period for one whole year. A year ago she went to a gynecologist who tolled her not to worry. At that time she was getting her period about twice a year. She didn't have problem with her period for the first 6 years. Any medical term I don't understand I will put " " to it. I might get clarification for some of these terms if needed. We visited an endocrinologist who sent her for blood test. Here are the results I will give you only what's out of range: 1) C-Peptide In range- 0.7 (reference range - 0.8-3.1ng/mL) ACTB, Plasma - Out of Range 52 H (reference range - 5-27 pg/mL) 2) Vitamin D,25-OH,LCMSMS 25-OH; 25-OH, D3; 25-OH, D2; In range 3) IGF-I ; Globulin, Calculated 2,1,L (2.2-4.2 g/dL) A/G Ratio 2.3 H (0,8-2.0) TSH "4.82" RBC 3.58 L Rematocrit 34.0 L 4) CRC W/ DIFF & PLT (Continued) Monocytes, Absolute 193 L 5) LH/PROG/17-OH/PROL/Insulin/TESTOS,FR,BIO?Total/Estradiol (continued) Cortisol,Total,Serum 35.3 H (Range 8am-10am4.0-22.0)(4pm-6pm-3.0-17.0) 6) 17-OH-Progesterone,LCMSMS 468 H ng/dL Not being able to figure out the problem the Dr. Sent my daughter for few more tests: Pelvic Sonogram; MRI Pituitary & Brain "Carnal" AND few more blood test: LH, FSH, "Polhern" Total "Estrogen" ;DHEA Sulfate; 17-OH-Progesterone,LCMSMS Your help is humbly appreciated.
