Obtaining a license in Israel

So far as I know in order to practice being a clinic dietitian in Israel I am required to take a country exam, which will make me certified to practice in this country. I am currently a practicing Registered Dietitian in NY specializing in bariatrics AND bariatric surgery. What I needed to know is through what organization do i register to take this exam, how long is it, is there any study material i can learn from, is there a fee, AND can i take the exam in english?
