Obtaining a license to practice in Israel?

Hi, I am a practicing clinical dietitian in NY specializing in bariatrics & bariatric surgery. I wanted to learn what the standard procedure is to obtain a license to practice as a clinical dietitian in Israel. So far this is what I know: I have to take a country exam to be certified to practice as a clinical dietitian in Israel. What I don't know is through what organization I go through in order to register for this exam, if there is any study material, where I take the exam, how long the exam is, if there are any cost fees, AND if I can take the exam in English.
