I want to work in Israel

Shalom, I tried to write this message in Hebrew but it didn't work. I'm a non-jew medical student at the Brasilia University in Brazil. Although i'm not a jew, i have a very special attraction and interest for Israel and the Jewish people. Like almost every medical student, i have many plans for my professional future, although I'm in the first year. One of these plans is to work in Israel for some time, maybe in a fellowship program, after my residence. I'm planning to make my residence in pediatrics. Do I have any chance to work in Israel in this speciality ? If so, what should I do ? I'm sorry for writing this kind of question instead of a question about health, but i didn't find any other place in the portal to ask something like that. I'll be very glad if someone answers me.
