Mirena Contraceptive

Please assist - I had Mirena interserted approx. 3 months ago. Unfortunately since then, I have had constant bleeding AND when I have sexual intercourse the bleeding is heavier. Besides the bleeding, mood swings AND acne. Before Mirena, I used birth control pills called Trinordiol 28. Unfortunatelty they are off the shelves. I searched the internet to find out where I could purchase these pills as they did wonders for me for 7 years AND apperently they have been replaced by a pill called Triphasil - is this true. My question is - as I am suffereing from the Mirena should I have it removed AND has Trinordial been replaced? Thanks for the consideration
