vaginal AND anal itching

for one year now i have been suffering from itching in my sexual organ AND anal region. i went to ten different doctors all tested me for worms AND infections. all tests came out negative. the blood test was good too. i have been given all the creams in the world AND nothing helped. the only thing that helped a little bit was allergy pills , but this lasted a short time. no doctor can tell me why i have this itching all this whole time. i have used steroidal creams AND baby lotions AND natural homopathic medicine too AND nothing helped. i am not sure what to do anymore. if you can not give me medical advice can you give me the name of the best specialist in israel i can turn too i am waiting impatiently for an answer. thank you .
