כאבים בלסת

שלום רב, מזה תקופה ארוכה אני סובלת מקליקים בלסת, ולאחרונה קשה לי לפתוח את הפה יותר מ-3 ס"מ והפה נפתח עקום ואני סובלת מכאבים. הייתי אצל רופא פה ולסת שנתן לי טיפול תרופתי להקלה על הכאבים-אטופן, פיזיותרפיה וצילום פנורמי. במכתב הוא כתב כי מדובר בפגיעה במפרק הימני גרמית/דיסק. מה הכוונה? האם טיפול פיזיוטרפי יפתור את הבעיה?

שלום מיכל לא ראיתי את הצילום אבל לדעתי את חייבת להגיע למרפאת מפרקי הפה והלסת בדחיפות בהצלחה
