דקירה באצבע הרביעית

שלום, כבר זמן רב שבאצבע הרביעית (זו שליד הזרת) ברגלי הימנית אני חשה משהו כמו דקירה/חוד עיפרון בשעת הליכה, בעיקר בהליכה על עקבים (כשהלחץ נוטה קדימה אל האצבעות), אבל לא רק. גם בהליכה בסנדלים עם משטח ישר וקשה למדי (עקב "רוקי", למשל) ואפילו בנעלי ספורט טובות - הדקירה מופיעה. מאד מאד לא נעים!!! אודה לך אם תיידע אותי במה מדובר (מה יכול להיות מקור הכאב) ואיך (אם) ניתן להיפטר ממנו. תודה, ענבל
