pain in back shoulder and ribs

hi dr!!! i am writing from canada..i have a swollen lymph node in my left armpit...it is swollen and painfull for 2 months already...i have seen doctors w\hich told me that everything is ok ...i have an infection and it will go pn..in the last two weeks i have a severe pain in my back under the shoulder and also in my ribs behind the swolenn lymph nodes.the pain is in both bones and muscle..shoulder ribs..back and the lymph nodes!!! what can it be? i am afraid it is a starting or a warning sign for cancer....... i dont know because it doesnt go.... thanks for your help avi
