כאבים בקרסול

שלום, במהלך אימוני ריצה התחילו לי כאבים באזור הפטישון החיצוני. נחתי שבוע והכאבים עברו. לאחר מכן השתתפתי במירוץ של 10 ק"מ, אחריו הכאב החמיר מאוד, עד כדי כך ששבוע לא הייתי מסוגלת ללכת וזמן רב לאחר מכן עדיין כאב במגע. מאז אני כחודש וחצי במנוחה - לא מתאמנת. צילום שעשיתי בימים האחרונים לא הראה סימנים לשבר. בנוסף, יש לי מקרה קל מאוד של פלטפוס. שאלתי היא - האם לאחר חודש וחצי עדיין ניתן לראות בצילום אם היה שבר מאמץ שהחלים? ואם לא שבר מאמץ מה עוד זה יכל להיות? תודה.
