שלום עשיתי בדיקת SPECT CT לכפות רגליים ורציתי לדעת מה המשמעות של הפיענוח הבא: בבדיקה הדינמית והסטטית המוקדמת: קיים BLOOD POOL מוגבר ב- rt.hind foot בבדיקה הסטאטית המאוחרת: קיימת קליטה מוגברת בכף רגל ימין במיטת הניתוח בין ה- calcaneus לבין navicular bone ובנוסף ב- II,IV,V tarso-mctatarsal joints . שינויים ארטריטיים משניים, lisfran fracture. מזה אומר כל הדברים האלה? אשמח לקבל תשובה.
