extremely hungry AND stomack pain

Dear Dr. Eyal Gal, I am a 20 year old female AND I live in the netherlands. I do not have the alefbet so I can't write in hebrew, That is the reason why I am writing in english. I have a question for you. I have a lot of pain in my stomach (keva) AND I am very hungry. After few time of eating I am getting already really hungry AND it starts making noises of hunger. I had an gastroscopie one year ago, (but then I didn`t suffer from this!) AND there came no helicobacter out. So I do not know what is going on in my stomach. Can I get the helicobacter from somebody else? Because here in holland they think, you can only get it from childhood. So ones checked, you can`t get it. When I did a bloodsample, it was 40 helicobacter. If it Isn`t possible, what do you think what can be wrong? Do you think I have to check the GASTRINE? I really do not know what to do, AND here they are not helping me. They act like I am crazy... :( Thank you already Yonit

Hello, thank you very much for your answer. It has been a while i`ve been on the internet AND only new I see the message. I know I have reflux, 3 years ago it came out of a gastro. The gave mi pantozol wich helped me a lot AND stil does. From the reflux my symptom was a lot of vomiting AND nausea.... So the hunger now is something new. They did a new gastro but didn`t found anything. (they didn`t biopt for the helicobacter) So I m still not wiser where the extreme hunger AND pain is coming from. Do you have any ideas left? Maybe a virus? ? Is that possible? Can it be that my stomach works to hard? I want to thank you again!
