blood test

I am a 35 years old male. I had a regular blood test last week AND got the following results: Albumin 4.4 ALK. Phosphatase 111 Bilirubin-Total 0.7 Calcium 9.7 Cholesterol 198 HDL 40 LDL 125 CPK 65 Creatinine 1.1 GGT 114 Globulin 3.0 GOT (AST) 20 GPT (ALT) 28 Hemolytic 0 Icteric 1 LDH 280 Lipemic 10 Phosphorus 3.6 Potassium 4.0 Protein-Total 7.4 Sodium 138 Triglycerides 166 UREA 35 Uric Acid 6.3 My question is the following: the GGT values are more than double than the highest normal figure (I had the same test last year AND the result was around the highest normal value). In addition, the ALK. PHOSPHATASE are within the normal range (111) but are almost double than the figure I had in my previous tests last year. I understand that increased GGT level indicates some liver OR bile duct problems. Should I be concerened given the other liver enzyme normal values (ALT, AST). I should also mention that during the blood test I have been taking Augmentin for about a week - can tha influence the test results? Answer can be in Hebrew. Thanks a lot

איני נוהג לפענח בדיקות דם אישיות בפורום ויש לפנות לרופא המטפל. רמת GGT מוגברת אינה ספציפית למחלה מסויימת אך מופיעה פעמים רבות במקרים של הסננה שומנית של הכבד. התרופה אוגמנטין יכולה לגרום לכולסטסיס (בעיה בהפרשת המרה) וכתוצאה מכך לגרום לצהבת ועלייה באנזימים ALP ו GGT בעיקר. ד"ר גל
