קולונוסקופיה

שלום ד"ר בן 52 אחרי 2 אישפוזים תוך 3 חודשים אחרונים עקב כאבי בטן חזקים ,בבדיקת רנטגן וסי.טי התגלתה לי דלקת דברטקוליטיס,אושפזתי כאמור וקבלתי אנטביוטיקה דרך הוריד. נשלחתי לבצע קולונוסקופיה ולהן התוצאות: בבדיקה זו הרופא אמר שהוא לא רואה עדות לדברטקוליטיס, וב סי.טי היתה עדות לסעיפים רבים יחסית במעי הגס צד שמאל בבקשה נא לפענח לי את התשובה של הקולונוסקופיה ,וגם רצתי לשאול איך יש סטירה כזאת בין שני הבדיקות _ס.טי וקולונוסקופיה) תוthere was nothing precluding colonoccopy on history or physical examination lnformed consent was obtained with the benefits risks and alternatives for the procedure explained .the patient tolerated the procedure well .the pulse rate remaied normal through out the procedure .oxygen saturation not less than 100% was also noted oxygen was delivered at 5 litres per minute by nasal cannula. the bowel preparation with meroken was good the instrument was inserted to the cecum the cecum was identified by the ileo-cecal velve' the appendiceal orificw transillumination and the tri-radiate cecal fold to the place pf inserition the bowel was normal diagnosis normal colonoscopy final disposition return to primary physican תודה מראש!

צריך לציין שלא תמיד ניתן לראות את פתחי הסעיפים במעי הגס בזמן הקולונוסקופיה ולכן בדיקת ה CT אמינה יותר במקרים אלו. אם רואים ב CT דיברטיקולים (שהם כיסים הבולטים מחוץ למעי הגס) אז סימן שיש דיברטיקולים אפילו אם הקולונוסקופיה תקינה. ד"ר גל
