red AND itching on penis - DACHUF

I'm now in the USA AND I can write only in english, but I see Hebrew. Please advice me, for about 5-6 days my penis btween the head AND down became red AND itching. I put some Tolnaftate 1% cream on it. it did not help. I don't have insurance AND I'll be back in Israel on the 9th. march. I have sex with the same person AND last time was before I left Israel on the 17th feb. what shuold I do. Please advice!!! BEVEKASHA DACHUF LI
