I take cipramil I gained 25kg in 2 yrs help

I have been taking celexa for about 2 years for anxiety attacks from post trauma all my life I had an athletic build and I weighed 175 lbs since I started taking celexa I have been feeling much better and I went back to almost normal but I gained ober 45 lbs I dont eat to much I would even say that I eat healthy but I feel really bad with how I am it is hard for me to do stuff because of this weight is there any solution I tried hiking 2 miles on the hills for 1 month 5 days a week and lost maybe 3 lbs. please help me!
