תוצאות ביופסיה שד ימין

שלום ד"ר הופמן. עברתי ביופסיה בשד ימין. קיבלתי את התוצאות ואני אשמח שתסביר לי את התוצאות. בדיקה מיקרוסקופית: 1. Right breast 12/1 o'clock, trucut biopsy: - Benign breast tissue with fibrocystic change and reactive lymphocytic infiltrate. Comment: Immunostains performed- p63 (+), CK-MNF-116 (+). 2. Right breast, 11/2 o'clock, trucut biopsy: - Infiltrating carcinoma with micropapillary features. Comment: Immunostain performed- p63 (-) Immunohistochemical studies: 1. No Her-2/Neu protein overexpression observed (score 0, range 0-3). Interpretation: Negative. The study was performed with monoclonal Ab-4B5 (ventana). 2. Estrogen receptor immunoreactivity negative (<1% of tumor cells). Internal control: immunoreactive. The study was performed with monoclonal Ab-SPI (NeoMarkers.) 3. Progesteron receptor immunoreactivity negative (<1% of tumor cells). Internal control: immunoreactive. The study was performed with monoclonal Ab-16 (NovoCastra). 4 .Ki67 expressed in 30% of tumor cells. (score 3, range 1-4) The study was performed with monoclonal Ab-Mib 1 (Dako). Positive controls show the expected staining. Negative controls show no immunostaining. All stains performed using an automated immunostainer Benchmark XT (Ventana) accoroding to the manufacturer's insturections. תודה ויום טוב.

עירית שלום, ישנן שתי דגימות משד ימין. הראשונה הדגימה ממצא שפיר שאינו מצריך טיפול. בדגימה השניה נמצא גידול פולשני. אין ביטוי של הרצפטורים לאסטרוגן, פרוגסטרון ו - HER2. יש לפנות לכירורג שד בהקדם עם הממצאים הנ"ל. בברכה, ד"ר אביעד הופמן
