Imaginating

A relative of mine, 88, lives alone for 30 years and manages her home independently. Recently she started to imagine that a neighbour comes to her home and steals items from her. She sees his image standing at the pourch or window. He "runs away" when we come to visit. She gets upset and anxious when she hears his steps. What can we do to help? What kind of a doctor she needs to see?
