birth control pills and weird symptoms- HELP

hello. at the moment I am abroad and still don't have a fixed health insurance. I am 30 years old and for 7 years I didn't take pills. Last year I tried to get back to it (Miness) and I felt really bad (emotionally:apathic, less emotions and physically wierd pains and bleeding) and dropped them after 1 month of use. since then my monthly period became weird (7-10 days every 25 days). I was really upset from bleeding most of the month and went to my doctor. My doctor recommended to get back on pills, but different ones, as a treatment. Now I am taking Meliann but have HUGE head aches at my right side only, yesterday my right eye was totally red! Today I couldn't get off the bed because I was so dizzy!!! it was really weird feeling! I have no clue what is going with me and I ma afraid it might has to do with the pills that I started 2.5 weeks ago. please help me - I read Heberw offcourse!
