what the best thing to do ???

hello. soory about the english. we live at the moment in saouth america. we have 1 son 4 years. we want another one. we both 41 .. it apear that i have FSH 34...i did one iui and it didnt work. my doctor here say the best for me is TRUMAT BEYTZIT because after the hormons that i took i had olny 2 zkikim... do y think its corect ? when the trumat beytzit will be ready to work in klalit ?how much it will cost? and how long takes the proces if me and my husbend will come to do it there. i will be so thanks full for your respond.. thank you from my hart. shir. i read hebruw.
