blisters on the feet du to burns

hi we are on vaction to the US, two days ago our 3 years old son stepped on the porch outside barefoot and got burns on both feets. soon after that he developed blisters. we used specific sprey to releaf the pain and now he is unable to step or walk. the pain strikes only when he is trying to stand. please tell us how th treat him since there is no doctor arround to consult with. thanks alot (you can use hebrew, i can't) mother raaya
