Saliva in babies

My two AND a half months baby started in the last few days spit a lot of saliva from his mouth. It doesn't look likes it bother him. Also he started to put his hands in his mouth, which he did before. I don't know if there is a connection between the two. Can it be teeth in this age? what else can it be? He looks normal AND doesn't look like something hurts him. Toda

Hi It might be a teeth eruption but also because his mouth is opened. Putting hands in mouth is a normal part of the behavior of a developing bay
