Laparoscopy

(We live in USA about a year (a work's mission I try to get pregnant for 14 months. Woman's age is 31 years. Two months ago I did H.S.G X-ray test . The result shows that one fallopian tube is totally blocked and the other one is partly blocked. (Part of the sinografin contrast liquid was infused after much pressure injection). A delayed film demonstrates no evidence of hydrosalpinx. Currently I don't know what is the reason for the blockage, or maybe it isn't blocked at (all (maybe there were muscles cramps during the test I still consider doing Laparoscopy surgery or going straight to IVF I have two questions regarding this 1. If I suffer from endometriosis/adhesions, does it disturb doing IVF? (Or there is a need for any treatment before the IVF?) I mean, is it important to discover what the mechanic problem is 2.
