Ortho TRI-CYCLEN LO ???

Dear Indeed the Ortho Cyclen here in Israel are very old. I came from the US recently and realized that. In USA there is the new Ortho TRI-CYCLEN LO which considered the most expensive and best there is today . I wonder if there is a similar 3 cycles pill here in Israel under different manufacturer...? The 3 cycles have different ingredients for each week. Any help? I just did "Aliya" and have difficulties to find similar product since these are great to me becuase previously I suffered period pain with the old Ortho and hair grow with other brands.
