need help from inida

i am in india and i take pills call yasmin but i dont have any more so i boght the lockal pills there name is ovral*l on 1 tablet there is : levonorgestrel 0.15 mg ethinyestradiol 0.03 mg i am smoking cigarettes but no more then 10 to 1 day. i really dont know if i should use them but i allso dont want to be without pills in india does it reasonable that it coust only 4 shekels\??? please answer to me... thank u chen,india
