astma of the skin

I have astma of the skin for the last 10 years. It started in the summer 10 years ago ,I had irritation on my skin behined my knees and behind my elboes. I use Pelicar on my skin. What else can I do?

There is much more to be done auch as allergen avoidnace, ant-allegic medications and ointments, anti-pruritic therapy, special skin moistering methods - and more. please consukt with an allergist/ good luck
