Flights AND Travel

sorry for the english ,i do not have hebrew on my comp. my question: is it safe to go on a plane after IVF treatment, when i'm only pregnant for few days, meaning on the first months? i heard people saying you should not even concider flying on the fist trymaster..also what about long term flights.
