what next?

hi prop. Zaydman i am after 7 Ivf AND 10 transfers. we have a sperm problem AND all my treatments are with icsi AND lately with AHA. in all the treatments there is a good ammount of eggs15-25, good % of "hafrayot" ,nice "ubarim" AND nothing is happening. i had one biochimic pregnecy on my secound IVF AND since then nothing. i passed allready Zift, Pipel, double transfers (BLT) AND so. i also did karyotip that found ok. how to continue? therer is still a hope? what other test should I do? (even private ones) thank you for your time!
