to treat BPH or not to treat

hello dr.i i am 45, i was lately diagnosed with enlarged prostate, size one plus, soft. i do not wake up night time, but slow rate, very frequent. currently i take PROSAFE, I can leave with the symptomes. now i come to the question assuming the prostate will continue to grow if no medecine will be taken, should i take REAL medecine while the prostate is still small, probably small dose,and may be the process will stop, OR should i wait untill the prostate gets bigger and then to treat it with real medecine, probably bigger doses and bigger side effects. thank you amir

dr. ran thanks for your quick response. my computer does not fully support hebrew, i can read hebrew with some tricks but not to write. i would assume that an answer in hebrew might contribute to those who may not read fluently english. hope i was able to present clearly my dilema , there should be PRO AND CONS whether to treat BPH at my preliminary stage but i have no idea what are they ,have no idea if BPH could be cured, or just "corrected" ,and so on thanks so much amir
