varicocele and infection in testes

hi dr dan!! yesterday i was in a hospital and the doctor said i have an infection in the testes and also varicocele in the left testicile.i already took cyprofroxaine for 12 days a month ago for how long do you reccommend ro take it this time.because the last time wasnt good as we see i still have it..and fow much time i can have varicocele witout fear of infertility....i want to stay here for 10 months more...what exams should i do... thank you avi
